2019年，唐山三友集团兴达化纤有限公司通过了欧盟最佳可行性技术标准(EU BAT)审核。
In 2019, Tangshan Sanyou Group Xingda Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. met European Union Best Available Technology standard (EU bat).
EU BAT全称European Union Best Available Technology，即欧盟最佳可行性技术。它规定了实现对环境负责的生产的最有效技术，此次审核基于EU BAT对粘胶短纤生产过程排放、消耗指标的要求。
The full name of EU BAT is European Union best available technology.It specifies the most effective technology to achieve environmentally responsible production, and this audit is based on the requirements of EU BAT on the emission and consumption indexes of viscose staple fiber production process.
唐山三友集团兴达化纤有限公司拥有三个工厂，可生产莱赛尔纤维、莫代尔纤维、普通粘胶短纤三代纤维素纤维，每个工厂均有独立的废气回收处理装置和污水处理系统，保证纤维生产过程对环境友好。
There are three factories in Tangshan Sanyou Group Xingda Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. , which can produce three generations of Viscose, Lyocell, Modal, and ordinary viscose staple fiber. Each factory has an independent waste gas recovery and treatment device and sewage treatment system to ensure that the fiber production process is environmentally friendly.
此次EU BAT审核由BluWin Ltd.组织专业工程师收集并分析了三友化纤的生产消耗、废气和废水排放浓度等数据，并对三个厂区的粘胶纤维生产进行了现场审核。
For this EU BAT audit, bluwin Ltd. organized professional engineers to collect and analyze the data of production consumption, waste gas and wastewater discharge concentration of Sanyou chemical fiber, and conducted on-site audit of viscose production in three plants.

In this year, Sanyou chemical fiber organization conducted the second canopystyle review, and obtained the “green shirt” rating in the ranking report of canopy buttons in 2019, which can ensure that the raw materials are sustainable. The production process of fiber is certified by sustainable textile production (STeP by OEKO-TEX®), the product is certified by standard 100 by Oeko-Tex ®, and won the product label of MADE IN GREEN. In order to ensure the green and transparent supply system, Sanyou chemical fiber has completed the research and application of Traceability Technology.
三友化纤与Re:newcell合作成功量产采用50%回收浆粕为原料制成的纤维素纤维，实现废旧纺织品可持续循环产业化应用突破。
Sanyou chemical fiber cooperated with Re:newcell to successfully mass produce the cellulose fiber made from 50% recycled pulp, so as to achieve a breakthrough in the sustainable recycling industrial application of waste textiles.
